It is understood that after the completion of the construction of Shenzhen Metro Line 3, it will greatly enhance the operating capacity of Shenzhen urban rail transportation, while further improving the level of economic development in the eastern part of Longgang and strengthening the connection between the major eastern clusters.

The shield project is a two-lane subway tunnel, the right line of the interval starts and ends at a mileage of 967.50m, with a maximum depth of 32.7m. The shield machine starts from the Low Carbon City Station, and the interval needs to pass through the karst development area, the site of Xiao's artillery tower, buildings, rivers and important pipelines, etc., and finally arrives at the first subway stations in China that adopt the long-arch, large-span assembled construction under the internal support system. --Pingxi Station. Aiming at the construction difficulties of this project such as intensive karst development, before the start, the project carried out overrun grouting reinforcement and other measures in advance, while optimizing the design of the shield machine, the shield construction adopted advanced technologies such as soil silo visualization, automatic measurement of shield tail gap, automatic measurement of slag, tunnel air conditioning, ventilation and cooling, etc., to ensure that the shield machine digging is carried out smoothly.

In addition, under the influence of epidemic in Shenzhen, it is difficult to carry out the project's preliminary work. To ensure the smooth progress of the project, all the staff of the project department, with the full support of the company and the project department, insisted on daily temperature checking and coding, nucleic acid testing, and strictly controlling the entry and exit of the personnel, and always put the prevention and control of the epidemic in the first place, so as to lay a good foundation for the smooth launching of the shield tunnels.
