The first shield machine of China Railway Shanhe Deep Three Project was successfully lowered and assembled.

   The general contractor of Shenzhen No.3 Line Phase IV Project is China Railway 14th Bureau Group Co., Ltd. and the interval between Pingxi Station and Low Carbon City Station is one of the intervals, which is constructed by shield method and soil-pressure-balanced shield machine is used. The right line of the interval between Pingxi Station and Low Carbon City Station is 967m long, and the minimum radius of the level curve is R=450 m. There is one contact channel in this interval. The designed slope of the interval is “V” slope, and the maximum slope of the line is 25‰. The minimum soil cover of the interval is 11.5m, and the maximum soil cover of the interval is 32.7m. The outer diameter of the tunnel tube sheet is 6.2m, the inner diameter of the tube sheet is 5.5m, the width of the tube sheet is 1.5m, and the thickness of the tube sheet is 0.35m.

 

 

       

 

      Before handing over the shield structure lowering work surface to China Railway Shanhe, our company gave full play to the spirit of “screws”, made sufficient preparations, assisted the Party to carry out the demolition of the station frame pipe, the cleaning of the base plate and other construction operations, to ensure the smooth lowering of the shield structure.

     

   On January 24th, 2022, the main team of Low Carbon City Station officially handed over the working surface at 0:00 p.m. During the Chinese New Year period from January 25th to February 8th, in order to ensure the safety, Shenzhen Metro prohibited the lifting operation at the construction site. For this reason, our company scrambled for time within 24 hours on January 24th, and hoisted all the steel sleeve bases, rails and shield construction materials down the shaft during the holiday, so as to make sufficient material preparation for the rush work during the Spring Festival. During the Spring Festival, project manager Wu Qi led the project management personnel and the collaborative team personnel totaling more than 30 people to stay at the site to make sufficient preparations for the resumption of work after the holiday. The logistics department sent condolences to the collaboration team during the Spring Festival and prepared a sumptuous New Year's Eve dinner for the employees, so that the employees who stayed behind the project could feel the warmth of the company.

        

Sympathy for those who stayed behind in the Spring Festival

   On February 14th, 2022, the construction unit, the supervisory unit and the general contracting unit inspected the construction site and formally issued the notice of resumption of work after the holiday, our company fully mobilized the internal resources, rationally organized the construction process, and successfully assembled the shield machine and the lower part of the steel sleeve within 10 days.

        

 

 

       

  During the on-site construction, the logistics and material supply guarantee is in place, the construction program, construction briefing, safety training and complete internal data, pre-shift meeting, shift meeting will be held normally, for the construction of safe and smooth advancement of the pavement.

            

                                                                     

 

 

   At 11:00 a.m. on February 23, 2022, the cutter plate of shield machine No. DZ619 was safely hoisted down the shaft at Low Carbon City Station in Pingdi Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen City, marking the successful assembly of the first shield machine of China Railway Shanhe in the Shenzhen City Railway Transit Line No. 3, Phase IV Project, and the shield machine entered into the commissioning stage; it fully demonstrated the professionalism of Shanhe people in the field of shield construction, and it has far-reaching significance for our company to establish a brand image and develop the market.
