  November 6, “China Railway Shanhe 32” shield machine in Dongguan Metro Line 1, Daojiao East Station receiving end of the wall and out, marking the Daojiao East Station ~ People's Hospital Station interval left line successfully through.
  


  Shield machine “China Railway Shanhe 32” started on September 9 this year, after 58 days and nights, using the shield method of construction, forming a length of 590.627m single line single hole circular tunnel.
  However, this achievement was not easy to achieve.
  Along the construction route, mainly factories and residential houses, on both sides of the road, there are a large number of electric power, gas, telecommunication, water, rainwater and sewage pipelines, etc., pipelines are intricate and complex, the depth of the tunnel bottom is about 9.8-17.2m, the tunnel is located in the location of the geology of the silt layer and the sand layer, and the arriving section of the section is dominated by the full section of silt layer, which makes the shield head planting risk very easy to occur during shield tunneling and assembling of the pipe fragments.
  In the face of such a complex geological layer, China Railway Shanhe Project Department has conducted construction research many times, arranged special personnel to carry out observation of on-site tube sheet selection, assembling point position, shield tail clearance and tube sheet overrun, and adjusted tube sheet selection and assembling point position appropriately according to the shield tail clearance. Optimize the digging parameters of silty soft ground by comparing the digging parameters with the parameters of the construction plan; prevent the tube sheet from shifting to one side by unilateral grouting, and correct the deflection of the shield machine in time.
  The project department took all kinds of measures to overcome the difficulties and complete the construction on time and with high quality, which was unanimously recognized by the owner and the supervisor.
  


  The smooth passage of the left tunnel of the Daoren interval has accumulated valuable experience for the subsequent shield construction in similar strata. Next, China Railway Shanhe will submit more excellent results to the owner in the 1700-meter tunnel boring project of Dongguan People's Hospital-Bus Terminal.
